uTorrent/BitTorrent is the best way to make file transfers.

I use iTunes for audio playback and to sync my iPhone.
I use Windows Media Player with the K-Lite Codec Pack for video playpack.

I have found that AVG works for my needs.
I run Windows Defender as a backup just in case.

I use Alcohol 120% to backup and emulate games.
I have Microsoft Office 2007 in case someone sends me something that Google Docs can’t open.
I use Photoshop for image slicing (web sites) and other minor image editing and creation.
PowerArchiver eliminates the need for having multiple programs for zips, rars, tars, ect.
UltraEdit is my text editor of choice.
